Tutorial: Replacing a Hub
Tools Needed: #2 Phillips head screw driver; 9/16 wrench
Video Transcript
- First remove all the ribs from the hubs.
- The top hub includes a screw that holds it in place as well as a 9/16th nut at the top. Remove the screw that is holding the hub in place and then remove the 9/16th nut.
- The hub is now ready to be removed and replaced.
- To remove the bottom hub, slide it downward and off the end of the mast.
- Now you are ready to replace the hubs or mast, depending on your needs.
